GSWE is looking for solution sales managers for Berlin who turn custom software, integration solutions, data platforms, automation, and AI-related projects into structured sales processes. The role combines qualified new-business outreach with discovery, proposal preparation, and closing focus in complex B2B solution sales. We are looking for people who are not intimidated by technical topics, but use them as a sales strength. The role is intentionally designed as remote for Berlin. Personal alignment happens only occasionally in office meetings, while day-to-day work is built on clean discovery, disciplined qualification, and independent opportunity management.

You should be able not only to name digital services but to translate them into customer value.
