Consultative Sales Manager in Berlin (m/w/d)
GSWE is looking for consultative sales managers for Berlin who do not sell complex digital services through standard pitches, but through understanding of requirements, systems, and business value. The role combines consultative sales with structured opportunity development for custom software, data platforms, integrations, automation, and AI-related projects. We are looking for people who can lead conversations with substance and turn demand into solid sales opportunities. The role is intentionally set up as remote for Berlin. Personal alignment happens only occasionally in office meetings, while day-to-day work is built on reliable remote communication, clean discovery, and independent opportunity management.

Your tasks
This role requires the ability to understand requirements, explain value clearly, and lead conversations with decision-makers in a structured way. You should be able to moderate discovery calls, sharpen demand, classify solution paths, and move opportunities forward together with internal teams.
