Approach
Separate data retrieval, template processing and output. Long documents or batches can be generated in the background, with visible status and actionable failures. Versioned templates and retained data snapshots help explain later differences. External resources in HTML templates must not cause uncontrolled network access, and downloads require server-side authorisation. Together we define the first delivery scope and verifiable acceptance criteria.
Outcome
Documents are generated from defined data snapshots and remain linked to their business transaction. This makes it possible to identify the template and values used for an output. Technical details
GSWE connects the PDF renderer to a versioned data contract. Templates are tested with long tables, empty optional fields and required language characters. A generation task records the data snapshot and template version; repeat downloads check document permissions regardless of whether the file is already cached.
