Your tasks

You should not view sales as pure contact activity, but as the ability to understand business requirements, structure demand, and develop suitable solution approaches together with customers. For this role, it is important that you can guide conversations confidently, communicate value clearly, and remain structured even when selling more complex and explanatory services. Especially relevant for the position are: experience in B2B sales or consultative sales environmentsstrong interest in software, digitization, data, integration, and AIability to structure requirements and translate them into sales opportunitiesconfident communication with decision-makers, specialist teams, and potential customersinitiative, reliability, and closing orientationnative-level German and good English skills

Your experience

The role fits people who feel comfortable between classic sales and consulting. You should be able to identify target customers, conduct first conversations, sharpen demand, and prepare offers or next steps together with internal teams. This is not about collecting as many contacts as possible in a short time, but about having the right conversations with the right level of quality. The position is especially suitable for profiles with prior experience in B2B sales, business development, solution sales, or advisory customer conversations. What matters is not only strong communication, but also the willingness to understand our services in depth and to clearly differentiate between custom software projects, data platforms, integrations, and AI systems.
